Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@palisade.wtf. If your question is about a particular server, say which one: the server owner decides what Palisade records there, and some requests have to be made by them.

A server owner can ask for their server’s data to be deleted, and can pass on a request from one of their members. The privacy policy sets out what is held and how long it is kept.

If the bot is not responding in your server, /diagnose checks its permissions and reports what is missing, which is the cause most of the time. The dashboard shows the same thing on each server’s overview.

Report a vulnerability privately to contact@palisade.wtf rather than in a public server, and give a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing anything. Say what you did, what happened, and what you think an attacker could do with it.
